Updated ICD-10-CM lists:
The casefinding lists are utilized to screen for potentially reportable tumors.
It is important to note that some ICD-10-CM codes include conditions that are not reportable.
Each record should be reviewed individually to determine whether it is reportable to the Florida Cancer Data System (FCDS).
The implementation of ICD-10-CM is scheduled for all hospitals nationwide on October 1, 2024.
For detailed information on reportability requirements, please refer to Section I of the FCDS 2024 Data Acquisition Manual (DAM).
Additionally, the FCDS 2025 DAM will be available in the summer of 2025.
