  • Guidelines for 2024 ICD-O-3.2 Histology Code and Behavior Update Effective January 1, 2024, 2024 ICD-O-3.2 Update (Numerical), 2024 ICD-O-3.2 Update (Alpha)
  • Updated ICD-10-CM lists. They are to be used to identify potentially reportable tumors. Some ICD-10-CM codes contain conditions that are not reportable. These records should be reviewed and assessed individually to verify whether or not they are reportable to FCDS. ICD-10-CM implementation is expected for all hospitals nationwide on October 1, 2023. Please review Section I of the FCDS 2023 DAM for details on required reportable neoplasms. The FCDS 2024 DAM will be available in the Spring of 2024.
